  • No Children's Data: We do not knowingly collect data from users under 16 years old, as our Services are restricted to users 16 and older.

We do not share your data for marketing purposes without your consent.

Renzly stores your data on secure servers, which may be hosted in Jamaica or other regions, including through cloud providers like Supabase.

We use industry-standard security measures, such as encryption, to protect your data during transmission and storage.

Renzly retains your data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

We use third-party authentication services, such as Apple Sign-In, to facilitate account creation and login. These services may collect data like your name or email, as described in their privacy policies.

Renzly may transfer your data to servers outside Jamaica, such as for cloud storage or processing by third-party providers like Supabase.

Renzly does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under 16 years old, as our Services are restricted to users 16 and older in accordance with our age ratings. If you are under 16, please do not use the Services or provide any personal data.
